No no no, it was actually Lucky’s long lost twin brother who was accidentally sent home with another family. This would have been eventually revealed in season four as Tim Foyle would have manipulated the Mannings into paying for his legal representation for murdering the dean leading up to his daring escape from the law and disappearing, vowing revenge on Veronica for exposing his dark deeds….
